What happens if I input the wrong wallet address? Can I take it back?
Coin transactions are irreversible. Once you’ve sent money to the wrong wallet address, it is impossible for you or Bluebelt to reverse the transaction. We are very sorry for such cases, so please be careful when inputing your wallet address.
Please note that the same wallet can have multiple incoming addresses. The crypto currency protocol ensures that crypto currency are unsent to an address that does not exist, but it can be sent to addresses which are inactive or not controlled by anyone.
