How can I deactivate my account?

If, for any reason, you wish to deactivate your account, please send a request to our customer support center at support@bluebelt.asia.

We will help you to disable that account. Please be advised that we currently do not charge any maintenance fee if you leave your account active without trading activities. However, once your account is disabled, you will not be able to use that same email address to register another account with Bluebelt Asia.
